Friday

Breakfast: two eggs, three pieces of bacon and skim milk
Lunch: tuna salad with GF crackers
Supper: Tonight I roasted a chicken and stuck cloves of garlic under the skin, and place a quartered onion in the cavity. Rubbed on some "tanning lotion" aka canola oil, and sprinkled on some poultry seasoning. Oh my goodness! It was really, really good! Little potatoes and a tomato salad completed the meal.

Snack: Well, those evil chips my hubby bought are all gone...all the ones I can eat, anyway, so hopefully in the next while the scale will show a drop! But tonight? I had the last two little bags....sigh. Salt is definitely my weakness.
